We use your information only for the purposes described here, or for purposes reasonably compatible with them.

We do share limited information with the service providers described below, strictly so they can perform services on our behalf.
5. Third-party services we use
This site uses the following third-party services, which may collect information about you:
| Service | What it does | Their privacy policy |

These companies operate under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them if you want to understand how they handle data.
6. Cookies and how to control them
Cookies are small files stored on your device. This site uses them to remember your preferences, measure traffic, and evaluate advertising performance.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using this site, though some features may work differently.
You can also opt out of Google Analytics specifically by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and manage Meta's ad settings through your Facebook or Instagram account preferences.
7. Do Not Track signals
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. There is currently no common industry standard for how websites should respond to these signals. At this time, this site does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals. If a uniform standard is adopted, we will update this policy and our practices accordingly.
8. Your privacy rights as a California resident
Regardless of whether we are legally required to do so, we honor the following rights for California residents:
- Right to know — you can ask what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we shared it with.
- Right to delete — you can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Right to correct — you can ask us to fix inaccurate information.
- Right to opt out — since we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money, there is nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first.
- Right to non-discrimination — we will never treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@beatmconsulting.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request, usually by confirming the email address associated with our records.
9. Reviewing and changing your information
If you are on our email list, every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it removes you immediately and permanently.
To review, update, or delete any information we hold, email us at contact@beatmconsulting.com and we will take care of it.
10. How long we keep your information
We keep email addresses for as long as you remain subscribed, and for a short period afterward in a suppression list so we don't accidentally email you again. Consultation and client records are kept as long as needed for the business relationship and any legal or accounting obligations that follow it.
11. How we protect your information
We use reputable service providers who maintain industry-standard security measures, and this site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. That said, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Links to other sites
This site contains links to other websites, including our social media profiles and booking page. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and this policy does not apply to them.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make a significant change in how we handle your personal information, we will notify email subscribers directly.
